Rahal platform is an intermediary service connecting travelers with hotel and tourist destination owners. We do not own or operate the hotels or places advertised. You must use the service legally and responsibly, and not use it for any fraudulent or illegal purposes.
3. Bookings and Payments
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from the hotel or service provider. Prices displayed are in Syrian Pounds and US Dollars and may change without prior notice. Full payment must be made at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. We accept multiple payment methods including PayPal, Stripe, Paymera, and ECash.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation policies vary by hotel or service provider. Please review the specific cancellation policy before making your booking. In case of cancellation, cancellation fees may apply according to the hotel's policy. Refund requests must be submitted within the timeframe specified in your cancellation policy.
5. Eligibility and Nationality-Based Rates
Certain rates, discounts, and services on Rahal are offered exclusively to Syrian nationals. When booking under such terms, you confirm that the reservation holder (the guest checking in) is a Syrian national. The hotel may request a valid Syrian national ID or passport at check-in to verify this.
If Rahal or the partner hotel determines that the reservation holder is not a Syrian national despite the booking being made under a Syrian-only rate, Rahal reserves the right to cancel the booking without any refund. This includes the room rate, service fees, taxes, and any other amounts paid. By completing the reservation, you accept this policy.
6. Booking Modifications
You may request to modify your booking by contacting customer service. Modifications are subject to availability and may require additional fees. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you need to change your travel dates or booking details.
7. User Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You must provide accurate and complete information when making a booking. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
8. Limitation of Liability
Rahal acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers. We are not responsible for the quality of services provided by hotels or trip operators. We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from the use of our services, except as required by law.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the Rahal platform, including text, images, logos, and icons, is the property of Rahal or its licensors. You may not use, copy, or distribute any content without prior written permission from us.

11. Dispute Resolution
